Retailers and brands
Retailer coverage, regional availability, or a correction about your own products. Note that placement in the finders cannot be bought — see how the ranking is decided.
Press and partnerships
Questions about the method behind the finders, the markets covered, or working together on a category.
Privacy requests
Access, erasure, or any other GDPR request. The privacy policy lists your rights and the formal data controller details.
Two things we cannot help with
Orders and deliveries. DownTo1 does not sell anything. If you bought from a retailer we linked to, that order, its payment and its delivery are between you and them — they will resolve it far faster than we can.
Personal purchase advice by email. The finders exist precisely so the answer comes from your own constraints rather than from a stranger's guess. Run the relevant one, and if its result seems wrong, that is a correction worth writing to us about.
