Who runs this site

DownTo1 (downto1.com and its finder subdomains) is operated by Michał Zajączkowski, a sole operator based in Poland, who is the data controller under the GDPR. Contact: info@downto1.com. Each finder app has its own privacy page describing exactly what that app uses.

What this page collects

Nothing personal. There are no accounts, no forms, and no advertising trackers. We count visits with Umami, an open-source analytics tool we host on our own domain (stats.downto1.com). It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and collects no personal profiles — only aggregate figures such as pages viewed, referrer, country and browser type. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No consent banner is required because no personal data is stored.

Hosting

The site is delivered by a content delivery network, which briefly processes IP addresses in server logs for security and delivery (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) — write to info@downto1.com. You can also complain to a supervisory authority; ours is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), Poland — uodo.gov.pl.
